The hospitality, tourism, and event industry has demonstrated a history of adaptability to survive and quickly regain growth, especially in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. Industry leaders and educators must recognize the strong link that exists between innovation and our ability to continue to move forward and create new opportunities.
