Applications Are Open!

The North East North American Federation (NENA) of the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education (ICHRIE) proudly calls for nominees for the 2023 NENA Promise Award. The Promise Award recognizes students who excel scholastically, demonstrate leadership capabilities and community engagement, and for their overall potential for success in the hospitality/culinary industry.

The Promise Award will be awarded to two students in the NENA federation region, one undergraduate student and one graduate student. Each award will hold a $500.00 value, and is intended for the purchase of textbooks or school supplies to aid in the scholastic development of the student. The Award Winners will also receive a Certificate of Recognition and the Awards will be announced in the ICHRIE Publications.

Submissions must be received by December 15, 2023. Partial submissions will not be considered. 

The Award Recipients will be selected in January and awards will be sent to the winners in early 2024.
